What We Don't Collect

• Images of your artwork

Local Storage Only

All data entered into Art Inventory is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure storage frameworks. This includes:

• Artwork records and images
• Client information
• Sales transactions
• Reports and exports

iCloud Integration

Art Inventory supports optional iCloud backup and sync through your personal iCloud Drive account:

• Backups are stored in your private iCloud Drive
• Only you have access to these backups
• We cannot see or access your iCloud data
• iCloud sync is handled entirely by Apple's secure infrastructure

Apple Ecosystem Integration

Contacts App

When you choose to import clients from your Contacts app:

• Access is requested through iOS system permissions
• Contact data is copied locally to the app
• We never transmit contact data to any server

Photos and Camera

When adding artwork images:

• Photos are stored locally within the app
• GPS data (if enabled) is captured for your reference only
• Images are never uploaded to external servers

Files App

When browsing for images:

• File access uses iOS security-scoped resources
• Selected files are copied to local app storage
• No file paths or contents are shared externally

Data Security

Your data security is ensured through:

• Apple's built-in iOS security features
• Device-level encryption when your iPhone/iPad is locked
• Secure iCloud encryption for backups
• No network transmission of sensitive data

Data Export and Sharing

When you export data from Art Inventory:

• CSV exports are created locally on your device
• PDF reports are generated on-device
• You control where exports are saved or shared
• No automatic sharing or transmission occurs

Analytics and Crash Reporting

Art Inventory does not use any analytics services or crash reporting tools that would transmit data from your device.

Third-Party Services

Art Inventory does not integrate with any third-party services that would have access to your data.

Children's Privacy

Art Inventory is designed for professional use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the app and on this page with an updated revision date.

Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• You have complete control over your data
• You can delete all data by deleting the app
• You can export your data at any time
• You control backup and sync through your iCloud settings
